FedEx Corporation (NYSE:FDX) announced the launch of a shipping solution FedEx® Global Returns, which is designed to ‘simplify’ the global returns process. The solution will offer enhanced ability to retailers to manage their customers’ returns experience, including customs documentation, editable return labels and flexible return destinations via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications at FedEx, Raj Subramanian expressed that the new solution puts the shipper in control and allows customers to have a one-stop solution. FedEx Global Returns will allow end-customers an automated, efficient and flexible returns process.
