Dallas, Texas, 09/29/2014 (ustrademedia) – LOUISVILLE, Kentucky headquartered drug maker PharMerica Corporation (NYSE:PMC) disclosed on September 26 2014 that it has decided to acquire private firm Millennium Pharmacy Systems, Inc. PharMerica Corporation (PMC) which provides oncology pharmacy solutions provider did not disclose the terms nor the total deal size. The “manufactured homes” provider had disclosed that it has attempted to initiate an official line of communication with the management team of Skyline Corporation (NYSEMKT: SKY) over the past few weeks. Cavco has indicated that the various proposals it has placed in front of the board of directors of Skyline would translate into “increase in share holder value.”
