The “manufactured homes” provider had disclosed that it has attempted to initiate an official line of communication with the management team of Skyline Corporation (NYSEMKT: SKY) over the past few weeks. Cavco has indicated that the various proposals it has placed in front of the board of directors of Skyline would translate into “increase in share holder value.”
